Congratulations on scheduling your first massage! First things first, you’ll need to fill out an intake form. You can either fill it out before you arrive or come a bit before your appointment and do it then. You’ll also want to arrive early enough to use the bathroom if you need it.

At your appointment time, your therapist will take you to the treatment room where you’ll have a conversation about your session goals, relevant health conditions, and any questions you might have.

Your therapist will then leave the room and you’ll undress to your comfort level before getting on the table, under the top sheet and blanket. You therapist will knock before entering again and your session will begin.

If you need assistance undressing and re-dressing before and after your session, if you need assistance getting on or off the table, or if you do not speak English, then yes you will need to bring someone with you to your appointments to assist you in these ways. If this applies to you, letting us know before your appointment is appreciated.

We have a firm 24-hour cancelation policy.

Late canceling, late rescheduling or not showing up for your appointment could result in up to a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment.

Exceptions are illness and emergencies at the discretion of the owner.

Yes. During the intake discussion before your Integrated Massage Therapy appointment, your massage therapist will discuss with you your desired outcomes and level of pressure.

With parental signature on their intake form, we do massage minors. Parents are welcome to be in the treatment room during intake and/or massage session.

Our approach with this demographic includes education about the work we are doing and encourages communication between client and therapist.

In a pinch, parents might find that the only way they can keep their appointment is if they bring a child with them. This is allowed under the following circumstances: You have discussed bringing your child with you prior to your service with your service provider, it’s only one child, they will stay in the treatment room with you at all times, they don’t need supervision or tending to during your session, and they can stay quiet as to not disturb clients. Bringing your child or children with you outside of those parameters could result in cancelation of the service and being charged up to the full service fee.

Of course! Let your therapist know during the intake conversation before your appointment of any enhancements you’d like to add to your appointment.

Yes! Our Point of Sale accepts FSA/HSA payments. Please confirm with your particular program that massage/ manual lymphatic drainage is covered.
